Rachael Russell started her career in New York where she worked at Conde Nast, in the styling department for Vogue and Tatler. She then signed in Miami with FORD for four years, and has since been working as an independent Fashion Stylist and Creative Consultant for brands, local and international magazines, catalogs, commercials, and advertising campaigns..

In addition, Rachael is the Founder & President of Style Saves, a non-profit that provides new uniforms, clothing, shoes, accessories and prescription glasses to underprivileged students internationally. The mission is to: "build confidence through clothes and give a fresh start through fashion."

Mano (Mariano) Ardissone, E-R.Y.T. 500, is Founder and Director of Ayama. He is a senior Registered Yoga Teacher (E.R.Y.T. 500) and a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage.

A perpetual student, Mano teaches from deeply inspired heart and mind, thereby making his practice and teaching style graceful and unique.
